Reviews are the heart of Top Paws. To keep them trustworthy — and to comply with the FTC rule on consumer reviews — everyone follows these rules:

• Write only about a genuine, first-hand experience with the business.
• No fake reviews, and no reviews created or bought in exchange for compensation, discounts, or anything of value.
• Businesses may not review themselves, and employees/owners must not post reviews without clearly disclosing the connection.
• We display reviews regardless of whether they're positive or negative — we do not suppress reviews based on rating.
• No harassment, hate, private information, or content that isn't yours.

We may remove reviews that violate this policy and may suspend accounts that abuse it. If you believe a review is fake or violates these rules, use the “Report” link on the listing.
