Yes — searching the directory, reading and writing reviews, browsing adoptable pets, and posting a lost or found pet are all completely free for pet owners.
Open any business page and tap “Write a review.” You'll need a free account (sign in with Google in seconds). Reviews are checked for spam and abuse before they appear.
Find your business on Top Paws and tap “Claim this business.” You can verify ownership instantly with a business-domain email, or request manual review. Once verified, you can edit your listing, add photos, and respond to reviews.
Go to Lost & Found and tap “Report a lost or found pet.” Add a photo and where you last saw them — our AI scans nearby listings and surfaces look-alike matches, and we'll email you when a similar pet is posted nearby.
Browse adoptable pets under Adopt. Each pet links to the rescue or shelter caring for them — Top Paws connects you to the rescue; we don't process adoptions ourselves.
Pets for Sale is a classifieds platform — Top Paws never processes payment or guarantees a listing. Never pay by gift card, wire, or crypto, and always meet in person or by live video first.
Open any lost, found, or adoptable listing and send a private message through Top Paws — your email and phone number stay private. Replies arrive under “Messages” on your dashboard.
Every listing has a “Report” link, or visit our Report page. We review reports and take action on anything that breaks our policies.
