Name: Tuquita          Best Guess for Breed: Lab and feist mix  Best Guess for Age:   4 years as of July 2026        SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:   29 lbs as of 7/6/26; might be just a bit underweight at this weight   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   Lucky Dog's South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!   Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.Tuquita is Looking For:  Her forever home!
