Dollar is the kind of cat who will happily curl up in your lap for as long as you will let him. He is a true companion cat who simply wants to be near you, whether you are relaxing on the couch or even just sitting down for a quiet moment. Because Dollar is a sensitive soul, he does best with a calm and patient environment. If voices get loud, he will quietly retreat to his favorite safe spot until things feel peaceful again. He is very in tune with his humans and seems to understand when he has done something that is not allowed. He is not especially interested in traditional cat toys like balls, springs, or wand toys, but bring out a laser pointer and Dollar comes to life. It is by far his favorite kind of playtime, and watching his excitement is sure to make you smile. Dollar has a squeaky little meow, long legs, and an easygoing attitude about where he sleeps. As long as he feels safe and comfortable, he is happy to settle in just about anywhere. Dollar came from a home with many other cats and is now looking for a fresh start after his former owner unfortunately lost their housing. Through it all, he has remained a loving and adaptable companion.
