Birthday: February 9, 2025 A TNR group was running its usual routines when they noticed a particularly different brown tabby cat. They trapped and neutered him, but he got along so well with his rescuers that there was no way they were going to release him back outside.  So, Dawson was brought to LCCR, and it didn't take him much to feel at home!  Some cats need time to adjust to their new lifestyle, but not Dawson! The second he came inside he made it his home! He wasn't too fond of the male kitties in his home, but female cats he can get behind.  Because he thinks human hands are toys, he will swat and play-nibble on them.  So, it's probably best if he goes to a home with no young children or male cats.  Despite these two exceptions, he was just happy to be given a chance. And hopefully, you'll be the one to give him what he truly dreams for - a new home! Once he lets out one of his signature "world's sweetest meows," you'll never think twice about taking him home with you! Dawson has a knack for knowing what he wants in life. One of his favorite things to do in his foster home is to find the closest window.  He will peer out into the world and think, "I don't miss being out there!" It's his own personal television show that's always on.  And toys? Say no more! This boy adores them, and he'll give you a show of his own when you present one to him! Dawson's adopt
