About Oliver

Hi! I’m Oliver (and I come with Elliott!) Elliott and I are a bonded pair rescued from a dumpsite in Mankato, MN, and we’re looking for a forever home together. I’m the shy, cautious one at first—but once I feel safe, I’m super friendly. When my human walks into the room, I pop up on my hind legs and “periscope” with my twitchy nose (I do this all the time and it’s pretty adorable, if I say so myself). I have a nice balance of playful and relaxed energy. I’m curious (and a little mischievous!)—I’ve climbed my x-pen in pursuit of treats before. Speaking of which… I LOVE food. Oxbow pellets, timothy hay, fresh veggies twice a day, Woodland Loops, and bananas are my favorites. I also enjoy tunnels, stacking cups, treat balls, cardboard boxes (I prefer sitting on top!), and snuggling with Elliott in our hammock or hidey house. I enjoy attention from humans I trust and just need a little time to warm up. My litter box habits are still a work in progress, but I’m trying! Most important: I need my Elliott. We play together, nap together, and have been through everything side by side.
